3 Bedroom Gem - First floor, Corner with Mountain Views and extended Patio. All new wood flooring just added and new paint! Condo is equipped to sleep and accommodate up to 6 people including dining table. Split floor plan highlights king bed in the master with walk in shower and closet and the second and third bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower tub. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with kit to convert to a king and mountain views from the windows. Third bedrooms has a queen bed and desk Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Front patio offers a relaxing sitting area with the back patio highlighting a table with chairs for dining, and relaxing couch and chairs to enjoy the majestic mountain views!!!

  Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath partly updated yet comfortable condo, quiet with nice rear patio. A bit more attention to the outside and inside prior to our stay would make this a 5 star unit: the front entry had a tipped over plant which spilled its soil across the walkway, which had not been swept of leaves; the interior was somewhat dusty from an HVAC system whose air filter was out of place and not covering the airflow. In addition we found a “tiny ant infestation” in the kitchen and three spiders in the bedroom and a bath. All of these issues were quickly solved, and could be avoided by a pre-occupancy inspection.

  We had a great experience with our rental! It was exactly as described, and had all the necessary things to make us comfortable. Kitchen gadgets, lots of towels, kids books and puzzles, and basic toiletries. The back patio was our favorite! We loved seeing all the desert wildlife without leaving the house! The location was central to what we wanted to do, the pool was a quick walk and our parking spot was close by. Check out was also a breeze!

  Fabulous experience at The Greens! We had a few minor issues at the start but they were addressed quickly and did not affect our overall experience. Hiking trails are very close and there’s plenty of options for dining out or cooking in. The grounds were well maintained, the pools/hot tubs were not overcrowded, and the other owners/guests in the community were very friendly.

  We enjoyed our stay at The Greens. A few minor issues - there was considerable noise from the upper unit due to floors not being well insulated; the unit was fairly dark since we had to keep most blinds closed for privacy; and early in our stay there was a leak in the ceiling of one bathroom which management quickly addressed. We would come back!

  Enjoyed our stay at Ventana Greens, especially our 1st floor patio overlooking the Catalinas. Prefer this area, as it is not as congested, close to basic services. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, had most amenities necessities. Communication with Spectrum was helpful.
