  This is a lovely condo with nice Mountain View’s from the patio. It is located right next to the pool/hot tub which was very convenient. It is a quiet location that is close to wonderful hiking, great golf, and a short drive to Sabino canyon.

  Our 4th, seven week stay in lovely 9149E was a delight. This sparkling clean, well-appointed condo is a treasure to enjoy year after year.
  
  The patio is the perfect spot for viewing the gorgeous Catalina Mountains each evening as the light changesand the mountains take on a reddish hue.
  
  The condo is perfectly maintained. We prepare 90% of our meals. The kitchen, cookware, and serving pieces are first rate. The large side-by-side refrigerator easily holds a week's groceries and generously produces filtered water and ice.
  
  Our favorite activity- Daily hikes in the nearby Sabino Canyon Recreation Area located one mile from the Greens. We also enjoy the pool and spa
  next door to the condo and use the communal grill several times each week.
  
  We highly recommend this very comfortable home and have booked a 5th stay in 2025.

  Our third stay at this lovely, conveniently located condo was a delight. We spent seven weeks enjoying the gorgeous mountain views from the oversized patio, relaxing in the beautifully furnished rooms, and cooking in the well-supplied kitchen.
  
  The comfortable beds, plentiful linens, and updated bathrooms were additional positives of our wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully maintained, Spectrum Real Estate provides excellent maintenance and service. and the pool and fitness facilities are first rate. We look forward to repeat visits.

  My wife and I stayed in the condo for the month of October. It looks just like the pictures on the website and is a comfortable place. It's right by the pool and a short walk to the BBQ area so a good location. It was clean when we checked in with the exception of the dishes. Quite a few were put away dirty, so we washed everything before using them.
  
  The main issue we had was with the noise from the upstairs neighbors. The condo appears to be poorly insulated, so you hear every step they take, and they walk with very heavy steps so you hear a lot of loud stomping. There's a kid who is about 10, so on school days the stomping starts around 6am and goes to 7:30am or 8am, then picks up at 5:30pm or so until 10pm. It's amazing how much they walk around in a small condo, we figured they must have some workout routine or something cause it's a lot of noise. Also, the kid is learning to play trumpet, but at least that's during normal hours.
  
  Overall it's a nice place, but I wouldn't go back due to the noise from above.
