  The Apartment/condo is in a nice area in the Catalina foothills. The downside to this particular unit, is traffic noise all day and evening on Kolb Rd due to the very close proximity to road. The pool, hot tub, & workout room are all great additions and we enjoyed them with several friendly neighbors - many of whom were snowbird visitors like us. The household appliances are all very dated and extremely noisy when used. Upstairs neighbor(s) walking around, using appliances, flushing toilets, etc. are heard all day long. There is a cute patio with a screen sliding door, but the entire screen was FILLED with cobwebs so we weren't comfortable opening it. Likewise the living room window has large holes in the screen with little geckos crawling in and out of them so that window could not be used either. (This is not a new problem - I read it in another review) Fresh air would have been great. Overall the property was mostly clean, some spider webs on several walls, and some dirty utensils in the kitchen drawers. If the place had been cleaner as mentioned, without the ever noisy refrigerator, etc. we might consider this property, but a different unit away from main road would make it much better. The almost $800 in "Fees and Services" was disappointing as well. Great location - needs some updates and improved cleaning.

  We loved working with Spectrum Real Estate, they were so accommodating and helpful in arranging our stay. The condo is located well - very close to Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon, groceries, etc. We also found that the condo was very well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms, etc.
