The rental was comfortable & spacious. Good lay out. Mountain views with sun rise looking out from patio. The kitchen area was okay. Maybe kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking for longer stay. Too bad downstairs tenet seemed to be a chain smoker & fumes were discernable throughout the day, starting at dawn. Great location to hiking trails & convenient places to eat out as well as shop for groceries. Would stay again on East side of North Kolb & avoid road traffic.
