Comfortable rental for two with a nice, private balcony. We have rented a few times with Spectrum and their properties at The Greens. The cleanliness of the condominiums at check in has been inconsistent. Perhaps an unannounced inspection by a supervisor prior to arrival of guests is warranted until the housekeeping staff gets onboard with what is required and expected for 5 star cleanliness rating.
Fortunately the Spectrum management team is quick to respond to guest’s concerns and issues. This is why we have continued to rent with them.

To be honest this was a rare find and one of the best places I’ve stayed while on assignment as a travel nurse. Very clean, quiet, and in a good location. Absolutely not 1 complaint with this property. I rate it 10/10. Renter are very easy to communicate with as well. If I’m ever back in Tucson, I’d try to stay at this property again if available.
