  The condo is in a good area and the amenities are nice. The condo needs to have entry points for critters sealed. I found a massive black Tarantula, a scorpion, and had never ending issues with beetles getting into the condo. When I moved in there were a lot of dead beetles, and I found previous tenants’ hair in random places in the home.

  Great stay in Tucson. The rental worked fine for our stay. The dishes were not clean in the kitchen with lipstick on the glasses and cups. The noise from the unit above and beside was a bit much. In particular the plumbing from upstairs was very loud. Other than that the stay was fine

  Very good experience in renting through Mrs. Bradley from Spectrum who has always been available and quick to respond. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Everything turned out to be as expected. I would recommend working with Jeanine from Spectrum and renting a unit at Greens at Ventana Canyon.

  The apartment was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, a coffee pot and plenty of clean towels. The owner provided toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and little bars of soap as well as trash bags, paper towels and detergent for washing clothes. There is also a lovely private patio area that overlooks the golf greens and a very busy hummingbird. We were only a five minute drive to Sabino Canyon. The apartment has a fitness room with a Precor elliptical as well as two treadmills and other equipment. We also had access to a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Be aware that check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am.

  I was assured I had booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo WITHOUT twin beds in the second bedroom. Unfortunately, this was not true and we had twin beds. This was very disappointing since these 3 criteria were all we asked for.

  Got there around 2:00 and cleaning people had just started to clean. Said check in was 4:00. Didn't see that listed anywhere so went shopping for groceries. Got back at 4:00 and still cleaning so walked around a little bit. Came back at 4:10 and cleaning done and door open. No lock box as was stated to me there would be. Got in because door was open, (seemed a little weird but all was good). Place was very nice. Cold water in kitchen sink just trickled and pipes vibrated when not totally on (so being I work for a water utility) I found the cold water valve was almost all the way off so turned it on and that seemed to solve the issues.
  TV in the master bedroom got no signal. Not sure why as all wires were hooked up but just gave message of no signal. Not that big a deal for us but thought that was odd.
  Pool and hottub were warm and very enjoyable.
  Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
