  This property was so beautiful. The views of the foothills and the golf course were lovely. The condo had everything I needed for a longterm stay and was extremely clean. The management company is so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. They even helped me kill a spider in the condo that I was too afraid to kill alone! I Could not ask for better people to work with or a better experience. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of spectrum properties in the future as they exceeded my expectations and provided the best customer service and the best experience for solo travels.   BAD: Unit needs a little attention. Rug has food stains and is fraying on edges.
  Windows have leaking seals on inside of double glass creating moisture buildup that obscures views.
  Toilet seats are decomposing and need replacement.

  Our condo was roomy with a good array of kitchen equipment and with a nice view of a golf course. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms well supplied. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although we were surprised that there were no change rooms.
  The condo was dated in decor and badly needs new flooring instead of the old beige carpet. The second bedroom needs at least one piece of
  art!
  The area is far from downtown but close to Sabino Canyon where we liked the hiking!I The nearby shopping mall is convenient for groceries and we also enjoyed the Peruvian restaurant there.
  It was an enjoyable stay despite the cold and often rainy weather!

  We enjoyed two months in the condo overlooking the 15th hole on the golf course. The condo was adequately furnished and very quiet. We saw coyotes, bobcats and road runners from our balcony.
  
  The location is ideal. It is near the Sabino Canyon recreation area, shopping and restaurants.
  
  Jeanine and the Spectrum staff are top notch. Any problems or questions were addressed promptly. We are booked again for next year.

  Apartment is in great conditions, clean and well-maintained. We had a minor issue with the AC and was fixed ASAP. I'd only add that WiFi signal needs to be upgraded, modem fails often.
