My husband and I stayed in the condo with our three teens. The layout of the space was excellent. The ability to have the kids on one side gave everyone the privacy they needed. The views of the mountain are amazing wherever you are inside and out. It was exactly what we were expecting as far as comfort, style, and views. I would have liked to have had more homey accommodations in the kitchen such as spices and condiments. Also, more bathroom supplies, the sorts of things you would find at home like cotton balls or Q-tips. I did not find a medical kit either during our stay. I feel if those things were to be addressed, this would be one of our favorite places to stay.

Once again we enjoyed our same in Tucson using Spectrum Real Estate Services. Even when we had a couple of small concerns, they sent someone to fix the issues. The only real thing that could be addressed is the area rug in the dining area (could be cleaned or replaced). Patio furniture could be updated.

Our only issue with the property was the broken down furniture and beds. The property is advertised as newly updated, yet it does not say when. The leather couches and dining chairs and the beds are definitely broken down where you sit or lay. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good.

Wake up to birds chirping, golf grass being watered, and the sun sweeping over the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains. Then watch the sunset while you have a cool drink with one of the best views in the city. Multiple golf courses, spas, and hiking nearby, restaurants within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. A good grocery and drug store, everything you need including a relaxing pool right out your door which is so pretty in the evening. Like star gazing? You may see shooting stars from here! Sleeping is so quiet! Parking is steps away. Very cold refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Lovely stay.

Long term rental. Fully stocked with most everything that we needed for our stay. Near hiking, golf, pool is right outside unit. The views are to die for here from almost all windows in the unit. Restaurants within walk or drive as is CvS drugstore or Bashas grocerys it is really a great place. In the backside of the rentals - quiet for end of night sleeping!

This vacation rental was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. The condo was fully stocked and fit our needs perfectly. The view was amazing and being by the pool was a huge convenience. We came for hiking and to lay by the pool so for us it was a perfect week. Fabulous! I've stayed at this condo a couple times during the past year, and love it! It's very comfortable, clean, quiet, spectacular views, convenient location, feels like "home". Loved the view and location of this unit. The unit has been well used and could be furnished a bit better. More comfortable beds (master bed hard as a rock)and needs upgraded furnishings in the living room and better blinds in the bedrooms please. But the view makes this unit hard to pass up. This turned out to be the perfect location and a wonderful condo to stay in. It was perfectly supplied with everything needed for my two week stay, can't beat the view, and the entire complex was calm and well cared for. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I hope to stay there again sometime. While there - be sure to go to the de Grazia Gallery in the Sun just a couple of miles away, and the Medicine Man Gallery in Basha's shopping center just two blocks away. I enjoyed two excellent meals at El Charro - the newest location of what I understand is a long-time beloved Tucson restaurant.

Our stay here was great. It was just my wife and I and we were upgraded to this 3 bedroom condo as there was a last minute conflict with the 1 bedroom condo we had booked. It was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The views of the mountains were awesome. It was a less than a minute walk to the nice pool and hot tub area. Comes with a covered parking spot too.

The condominiums at the Greens are located in a beautiful setting in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains and in close proximity to a wide variety of outdoor, social and cultural activities including social events at the Greens, hiking, golf, swimming, museums, shopping and more. The on-site management team of Jeanine, Everett and Michelle cater to your every need and keep the units and surrounding grounds well-maintained and clean. Residing in Ohio most of the year, the Greens are a great place to be for a week, two weeks or more during the cold, snowy winter days up north. My wife and I have spent parts of four winters at the Greens and rented three different units ranging from 2 to 3 bedroom units. We would note that the quality of the furnishings (furniture, dinnerware, appliances etc) vary from unit to unit depending on the owner, but in our experience have been acceptable in all cases. In short, we have enjoyed staying at the Greens and meeting the other people who were also staying there at the same time. We intend to make staying at the Greens an annual event.

The condo itself was magnificent! It came fully stocked with furniture and everything that you can think to need at an everyday home. The views were amazing. If I had to write something negative , it would be that the dining room window leaks when it rains heavy and that the place could have used a thorough dusting before our arrival. Second time staying at The Greens and this condo has the best mountain views by far. Had a nice time sitting on the balcony and watching the birds and desert life pass by. Quiet and peaceful. Overall, we were comfortable. But as the saying goes...its the little things that sometimes make a big difference. For all the gorgeous views, the windows in the condo were filthy. Secondly, the teflon skillets for cooking were really worn out. There are some broken dishes that need to get tossed out and there were some dirty ones in the cabinet too. There were small stains on the bedding in the master. The bath mats are too small for the average person to step out of the bath/shower without dripping all over the floor. And there was no kleenex provided. Its a nice place to stay and a little TLC could go a long way.

This is our second stay at this property, and once again the views of the canyons and the bright, light condo were fantastic. The condo is very well appointed and decorated. We love the dinning room table which is surrounded by windows and views. We spent a lot of time on the patio listening to the morning birds, watching the canyons, etc.

We had two recommendations for improvements. The main bench one sits at on the patio is wicker. It is worn and not very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is also very firm.

We stayed here with two other couples over the Christmas holidays while visiting family in Tucson. This was a convenient location as it was in between family homes and easy to visit everyone. The mountain views were fabulous and I especially loved that this unit was close to the pool and to the desert. The best part is that it is only 3 minutes from Sabino Canyon - perfect for an early morning walk.

Arguably the best condo at The Greens, as it's beautifully updated with great mountain views from most rooms...tried to rent this unit again later this winter, but it's full for 5 months as so popular. Great facility with 2 heated outdoor pools open all winter and fitness room, and wonderful staff who manage The Greens. Close to great hiking+biking+roller blading trails+shopping...and even skiing!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The one disappointment was that the large window in the dining area was so clouded from moisture that it impeded the mountain view. I hope it is replaced soon. There was also too much furniture on the deck.

Where to start... Unit was nice, upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and furniture. The views were fantastic. We were visiting my in-laws who were renting a 1st floor 2 bedroom on the west side. While good for them (mobility issues), the view to the west is of other buildings. The view from this unit was fantastic, expansive from the master, kitchen/dining and living rooms. A great feeling of light and space. The in-law place had more of a tunnel feel, kitchen at one end, patio at the other. The grounds were very nice. The pool and hot tub are just down the stairs which was nice after long hikes in the nearby Sabino Canyon area.

This is our 3rd stay at the Greens. It is truly a great place. The location could not get any better. There are multiple pools and hot tubs on site. Hiking, Golf, and National parks are just minutes away. Fine Dining is within walking distance. Highly Recommended.

A perfect condo to share with our son and his family. Our daughter and her family also joined us for the week, staying in another condo in the same complex. The grand kids enjoyed the pool as well as Sabino Canyon and Old Tucson. The condos were nicely appointed as well as clean with comfortable beds.

Our vacation rental experience was excellent, we would be happy to stay at this location in the future. The home was comfortable, clean, well decorated and very enjoyable. The people were very nice, both staff and tenants. The pool and pool area were very well maintained and clean. We had a very good experience.
