  We spent a month here after moving from the northeast and used the condo as a home base while apartment hunting. This property is wonderfully accommodating with a great kitchen and welcoming living space. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the abundant wildlife including bobcats, coyotes, a mountain lion, hares, lizards, quail, raptors, songbirds and loads of different hummingbirds. If you're looking for a quiet location just a short drive from shopping, restaurants and entertainment or hiking trails, and canyon carving drives, this is a wonderful place to stay.

  This is our 6th year to stay in a condo unit in the Greens. We prefer the mountain side and being on the first floor. This unit fits our needs. We only wish that the blinds were of better quality as they bend very easily.
  The overall maintenance of the Greens continues to improve. Although some of the woodwork in our unit could stand being repainted.The re-location of the rental offices to an off site location is not user friendly.
  Looking forward to staying in this unit again!.

  We stayed 6 nights in this condo at the Greens for the Tucson Gem Show. This is a great area to stay during the Gem show because of the food, safety and views in this area. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spotted a pack of Javelinas off our patio the first morning as well as many colorful birds. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The two twin beds were not as comfy. Property management was a tad hard to get a hold of on the weekend, but they did allow us to stay one night longer.

  The 2 bedroom condo met all our needs. We stayed for 1 week. Very convenient check-in and out. Property well-maintained. It is a smaller 2 bedroom but was adequately furnished. King-size bed is a "tempurpedic" so very comfortable. Couches are soft and probably needs replacement. Great area and quiet condo close to everything. Great Italian restaurant nearby across from AJ's grocery called Vivace. Wonderful outdoor dining and authentic Italian food. Back yard is serene and rural as pictured. Hummingbirds buzzing around the patio if you fill the feeder. Great value for your money!

  Our second visit and we would book again and recommend The Greens to friends and relatives. (Which we had done) however, we did not receive a pre arrival email with key instructions and I suggest you put something in place in your system to be sure it is received. Fortunately, we arrived early enough to locate help to retrieve the key. (We had planned an early evening arrival!)
  
  we've been in the same unit both times and it is now 'tired'. The couch sags badly, there are no casserole dishes & black plates are not pleasant to eat from (we bought and left other dishes). After seeing another unit (the Hansens) this unit could use a lift.

  Nicely maintained clean rental condo in scenic location. Our only complaint was lack of communication from property management company. At the last minute we discovered that we had not been sent our rental agreement nor had our credit card been charged as was initially indicated at time of reservation, leading us to think that perhaps our reservation had not gone through. It turned out to be a discrepancy in our credit card number, but the rental company did not notify us of this.

  Prior to our arrival, questions asked via email were not answered necessitating a phone call. However, during our stay the office staff were obliging and efficient. The location is excellent - you can walk to a great supermarket & several restaurants. The unit was very well equipped and we appreciated small items left in the unit ie: salt & pepper, spices, wax paper, etc. The cleanliness needs improving. The surface was clean as was the fridge, but corners and under beds and tops of fridges, etc. had not been done for awhile.
  We would definitely go back and definitely recommend the complex to friends & family.

  We had a delightful time for the month of November. We find the traffic so much lighter on this side of town, especially compared to the Rancho Vistoso area. There is an "out in the country" feel here, but all amenities are but a short walk away. Can't wait to come back.

  Very well equiped; kitchen excellent (one exception below). Low water pressure in master bedroom shower. No charcoal filter in the stove over microwave ( probably never has been and this makes cooking spread odor & oils throughout the apt when cooking) That is important problem to those who like to cook. $60 twice a year to fix. Save a lot of collected oils on the walls over time.
