  We had a lot of trouble with the TV’s. The main one in the living room had only the very basic dish channels and the one in the bedroom was Roku. Never got it to work for us as we weren’t familiar with that system. It would help if there were instructions somewhere. Our brother was staying in another condo that had dish and they got a lot more channels.
  
  The kitchen was well equipped and everything was good. Just wondered how often the comforter/ bedspread was cleaned.

  The view was nice. The place was rather dark ; could use some brighter paint colors : it also could use some up grading - the outlets could be replaced as it was hard to find one that worked .the windows made it hard to see the view as they were all cloudy-the furniture could be up graded as well. The overall space was wonderful ; just needs some TLC - husband was disappointed that there was no pool furniture and the gym was still closed-

  The place was spotless, comfortable, quiet and easy to access. Spectrum was excellent and were very helpful when I had trouble with the internet (was given the wrong password). I also lost the key after hours and someone drove to the condo complex to unlock the door and provide a new key. This service is really fantastic. Most of the furniture was very nice. The deck furniture was not very comfortable. I would certainly rent this place again via Spectrum Real Estate Service.

  Apartment is quite dark but supposed to be painted lighter colors and better lighting installed. That being said, the location is in a corner back from the road and is quiet and private. Ir overlooks a small golf course green and vegetation. The help of Janine and Mark and staff has been superb and iid one of the reasons to return.

  The condo in person looked just like the VRBO picture and was colorful and well appointed. Since it was a new redo there were some missing appointments like a need of more lamps to light a darkish room and extra sheets for the bedrooms but the staff took care of them immediately and we were pleased. The only disappointment was the "den" fora guest..very little room or privacy.This den is for a child,not an adult.

  This was a long term stay for me, as I was working as a contract nurse at a local hospital. This condo was very nicely furnished and included everything that I needed. The surroundings were beautiful, overlooking the far side of the golf course. The neighbors that I met were also very friendly and welcoming, especially when you have a dog. I would highly recommend staying here again.

  The condo at the Greens at Ventana Canyon is a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for the two of us and it was very convenient to be able to fix a few meals. It is also very close to wonderful places to dine. The management company does not interfere at all with your stay. As a matter of fact we would have appreciated seeing them. We had questions but they were nowhere to be found. The grounds are very well kept and the neighbors are very, very friendly. Walk your dog and you will find many others doing the same that want to talk with you. We will for sure stay here again.
