Stayed for a month, had no problems,lots of good times. Neighbors were owners or long time renters. Very quiet. Unit is very near Kolb Rd, but quiet during the night.
We love the Greens, and this condo continues the tradition

Very happy with this condo, which is the third different week-long rental we've done at the Greens. Everything was in great condition, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, as well as plates, utensils, etc., which is very important as we cook a lot. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Only significant drawback was the dining table - it has only 4 chairs though the apartment sleeps 6, and it's a tall table, which was challenging for our young kids. Also, the unit has some windows facing Kolb, so it gets more highway noise than the other units we've stayed at.
