  This is a nice condo, but there are two issues. One can be fixed, but not the other. The problem that can be fixed is there is too much stuff in the condo. We didn't need three sets of pots and pans, 6 sets of sheets and 20 towels. There are at least 5 comforters and shams. The problem that can't be fixed is the noise from upstairs. Just poor soundproofing.
  Management staff was nice, but occasionally hard to get in touch with.

  I have rented this unit for several years & plan to continue. It has a lot going for it, especially the location & views. But this season has been marred by multiple water outages - some announced for maintenance & others due to breakages in the waterlines. One outage lasted nearly 24 hours & information was slow in coming. Jeanine’s email was helpful, but other requests for information went unanswered by staff. And guests should be aware that the condos weren’t built with soundproofing in mind. As a downstairs unit you can hear every step upstairs guests make, including how frequently the toilet is flushed. For the last month a musician has lived upstairs & peace & quiet has been at a premium.

  I enjoyed the condo and the View! I believe that the condo had to television's you should be able have access to cable. Very good location. The property management was good. I would recommend this to a friend or a relative. If your a golfer this is an ideal location and the place has a incredible patio. Close to restaurant's.

All arrangements went according to plan. 8142E was beautifully furnished with lots of stuff (electronics, telescope, etc) for a great visit. The view from the living rom was wonderful.   It was a great experience to rent with Spectrum. Easy check-in and check-out. The condo was clean and comfortable with nicely updated furnishings and a cozy fireplace. It was very quiet with a lovely view of the mountains from the patio. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, and the washer and dryer in the unit were handy. A great choice!

  This was a very nice unit with a great location near Ventana Canyon's golf courses. The major problem was the noise from the above unit being extremely loud due to the wood floors. If you don't mind a lot of overhead noise then the unit is great.

  This was a wonderful condo in a spot that was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lots of biking and hiking nearby and easy to get into Tucson to enjoy the Fox Theater and take the walking tour of old Tucson.
